OUR STORY
In December 2023, a group of dedicated legal professionals and human rights advocates came together in Chicago to form a nonprofit organization focused on providing comprehensive legal assistance to asylum seekers. Founded amidst the challenges of navigating the complex U.S. asylum system, this organization was built on the rich history and experiences of its founders, who brought diverse expertise from various sectors of immigration and human rights law. Our shared mission was clear: to empower asylum seekers with the necessary legal tools and community support.

From its inception, the organization quickly became recognized for its empathetic approach and legal acumen, drawing support from across the community and expanding its services to meet the growing needs of asylum seekers. Each success story reaffirmed the importance of their work, inspiring continued efforts to enhance their services and reach. As they continue to navigate the intricacies of the legal process, the team remains committed to their founding vision of justice and dignity for all, proving that collective action can indeed make a profound difference in the lives of those seeking refuge.
